1. What personal information do we collect?
The data we collect depends on the capacity in which we process your data. Isomi only collects data which is necessary, relevant and adequate for the purpose you are providing it for. Some of this information does not identify you personally but provides us with useful information as to how you use our services and engage with us.
This may include, but is not limited to:
Identity and contact data – includes full name and title, email address, telephone numbers, billing and delivery addresses.
Financial and transaction data – includes bank account, detail about payment to and from you and other details of products and services you have purchased from us.
Marketing and Communications data – includes your preference in receiving marketing from us and your communication preferences.
Performance data – includes your feedback and survey responses and website usage. All data on website usage is anonymised.

2. Processing personal data

Legal Obligation –Isomi may be obliged to disclose your personal information to meet any legal or regulatory requirements (for example to comply with a court order) or obligations in accordance with applicable law.

3. Email marketing
You won’t be added to our email marketing list unless you give explicit consent. This could be by signing up online or requesting to be added via phone call or email.
This data will be used solely by Isomi. We will never send unsolicited ‘junk’ e-mails or share your personal information with anyone who might. Isomi will not sell your personal information to any 3rd party. You can update your preferences at any time so that you only receive the types of emails that are of interest to you. A link to update your preferences is included in all marketing emails.
You can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of all marketing emails. You can also request to be removed from our email marketing list via phone call or email.
The data you submit when you sign up to our email marketing list is stored with MailChimp, our email marketing provider. MailChimp never sells information and all personal data they receive from the EU is subjected to the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework’s applicable principles.
By subscribing to our marketing emails, you acknowledge that the information you provide will be transferred to MailChimp for processing in accordance with their Privacy Policy and Terms.

4. Third party suppliers
Isomi will not sell your information to third parties however we may, from time to time, disclose personal information to companies who handle services on our behalf, such as delivery.
In all cases we will only disclose the personal information that is necessary for them to provide the service that they are undertaking on our behalf and take steps to ensure they handle your data in line with data protection legislation.
5. How long will we keep your data?
Isomi will only keep personal information in an identifiable format for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this policy. Retention periods will differ depending on business requirements but in any case, should be no longer than 7 years.
6. How we protect your data
Isomi is committed to keeping your personal data safe and secure. We regularly review and enhance our processes to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, accidental loss or destruction.
We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other thirds parties who have a business need to know. They will only process your personal data on our instructions, and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.

In most cases you will be asked for information to confirm your identity prior to any work being undertaken. We will respond to your request within 30 days of receipt of these documents.
It is company policy that any requests for the right to be forgotten will be held on file for a period of 12 months after the initial request has been received. These details will be stored electronically in a secure location.
8. How we use cookies
Most websites use cookies to collect visitor information. A cookie is a small file which is placed on your computer or other device when you browse a website. We use Google Analytics to analyse and enhance the use of our website regularly so that we can improve our offerings and make them more interesting to you, the user.
Data is not personally identifiable and is held on Google Analytics for a period of 36 months and will be removed on a monthly basis thereafter.

We use Hotjar in order to better understand our users’ needs and to optimise this service and experience. Hotjar is a technology service that helps us better understand our users experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.) and this enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behavior and their devices (in particular device's IP address (captured and stored only in anonymised form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), preferred language used to display our website). Hotjar stores this information in a pseudonymised user profile.
