Isomi was delighted to work alongside Michael Laird Architects to provide a concierge style reception desk to the 45,000 sq ft Grade A Office Space at 2 Semple Street, in the Exchange District of Edinburgh.
A unique speckled colour of solid surface, Artica, was specified to complement the concrete panelling, alongside the large bespoke translucent branding which acts as a focal point for the reception area.
The development, which provides sustainable, flexible and efficient office and retail accommodation, achieved a BREEAM ‘Very Good’ rating and won the ‘Commercial Workspace Award for Scotland in the 2019 BCO Awards.
