8 First Street is 170,000 sq ft of Grade A, BREEAM Excellent office space, in a prominent position at the gateway of Manchester city centre. The project, both inside and out, is visually striking and is an impressive building within the streetscape.

The balance of functionality and inspiring design, flow seamlessly together in this intentionally industrial reception area; hence, the Isomi Blok desk in authentic Hot Rolled Steel was chosen. The natural veining of the HRS panels complement the bold and decorative wall branding and strikingly contrast the warmth of the wall cladding.

Designers, Fletcher Priest, said the design for this space was based on ‘the simple idea that the right environment can bring work to life and contribute to people’s happiness and productivity. While at the same time, it can bring life to work.’
