80 Middlesex Street

Designed by Garnett & Partners, the refurbishment of 80 Middlesex Street brought modern design to a period office building on the fringe of the City of London. Making use of the exposed brickwork and cast-iron columns in the office areas, the reception space also needed an industrial aesthetic.

The natural patination of the hot rolled steel Wall Panel with rich colour veins provided the industrial aesthetic while maintaining a high-quality finish. Isomi were also commissioned to produce a custom upstand for an existing desk in hot rolled steel, creating a visual transition from the reception desk leading towards the newly refurbished office space.
