Oozells Building

Following a comprehensive refurbishment, the Oozells Building was transformed, inside and out, to create a modern working environment that offers 36,000 sq ft of Grade A space.

The reception area was completely redesigned to create a more welcoming space with social areas. The material palette for the new reception area utilises warm materials paired with industrial accents to create a contemporary, statement space.

Blok in brass features in front of a timber slat wall with a concrete feature and strikes a delicate balance between the industrial aesthetic and warm palette.
