CBRE Ireland set out to develop an inspiring, human-centred, forward-thinking environment that would accommodate multiple work styles; make a memorable statement for both employees and visitors; and redefine the global technology’s workplace.
The reception area required a distinctive design that would convey sophistication and innovation, reflecting Quest's identity while adhering to sustainability principles. To achieve this vision, Quest sought Isomi's expertise to provide a range of furniture pieces.
The Join desk in wood crafted in oak wood to compliment the prevailing wood-based architectural design that was already in place. A Silestone worktop was incorporated to enhance both the desk's functionality and visual appeal. The DDA recess was meticulously engineered using hot-rolled steel, adding an industrial-chic element to the overall design.
Making use of the well-lit and generously proportioned open area, the selection was made to utilize Mono seating as a means of structuring different sections within the reception area, accompanied by coordinating Mono tables to blend with the overall design.
Having previously specified several projects, Patrick Wilding, Senior Interior Architect at CBRE was delighted with the finished product,
“Working with Isomi and utilising their products for this project was a ‘no brainer’.
The versatility and elegance of the Join desk design combined with the complimentary lines and shapes of the Mono pieces enabled this reception space to not only become more beautiful but vastly more functional too. It was a pleasure working with the Isomi team to achieve such a transformation for the client.”
