Following a comprehensive refurbishment, 28 Kirby Street has been given a contemporary overhaul fitting of the prime Farringdon location. Finished to a Grade A specification the building offers over 22,000 sq ft of open plan floor space.
The reception space is kept largely neutral utilising white surfaces to reflect the large amount of natural daylight provided by the glass frontage, keeping the space feeling open and bright. Blok Desk in hot rolled steel, with laser cut illuminated branding, was specified to bring a visual interest to this neutral space while also contrasting against the warmth of the wall and ceiling mounted timber slats.
The rich colour veins in the hot rolled steel work with the placement of the timber slats to accentuate the dimensionality of each, creating the illusion of a larger space.
